What can we do as a nation to come together for sake of civility?
Stop calling it "political correctness" and saying it is a bad thing. Incidentally, why did the attacker use the "N-word?"

Are you keeping up with the thread? Your spoonful from page 1:

"Crime" sounds so much nastier than "blow up." Since we do not know what preceded the "incident" we do not know the amount of provocation.
Regardless of provocation, a crime has been perpetrated upon the young man. Was there more than 1, like theft? Maybe. Was there something done to the man? Possibly. He may make a statement.
Given that the kid was clearly sitting down, I'd lean on the side that the aggressor looks extremely guilty.

That's fine, I already conceded to your point that what happened before the video lacks evidence.
You said it is staged, well there's a few facts that would go against that.
1. The suspect was fired from his place of employment and has gone silent.
2. There is video of a crime being committed against the young man.
3. The mother of the yellow shirt kid (as I understand it) is the one who originally posted the video to her Facebook before going viral and then deleted. In that time many places picked it up including the one used in the OP.
4. The kid is on record. Whether a factual recalling or not, it is all there is so far.
You realize its only hope is to twist and spin?

Were it my child the attacker would need prison for his protection.

Did you know that verbal assault is still assault? The situation may have escalated to battery, but if the assault started with the teen, he is still the aggressor.

And there be the entire basis of "liberal" SJW PC censorship BS. Grow a pair.
Then you're obviously a liar as I've never had a drink thrown in my face 🤔🤨

Sorry, I work on that side of town too. If you're not black and you use that word you are likely to get your drink thrown in your face.
lmfao, IT WON'T.

Sure, speculate all you want. There is zero proof to back that up and even less to insinuate that there is.
Well, let's see if this goes to court, shall we?
lmfao, now it wants the courts involved 🤣

Small beans BS like this doesn't go to court, considering the overwhelming amount of evidence 😌
