I think the media and news have just gotten lazy and/or pure propaganda since about 99% of the time it is an unnamed source. By saying this they are killing two birds with one stone. First they can validate ANYTHING they want and second it paints a picture of a dysfunctional President and Cabinet since the unnamed sources are people close to him.

Another one that gets me is the Top Secret bla bla bla....not so top secret if everyone knows it...lol

In an age of massive electronic communications that happens in an instant unnamed sources is so 1950s.

He wanted to invade to depose their corrupt socialist government that is committing mass atrocities. I didn't hear any complaints when Obama/Nuland did the same thing to Ukraine's government and replaced them with Western/pro-EU puppets. Or Haiti. Or Libya. Or Bush in Iraq. Or...(insert US "regime change" target here)

Not to mention to highlight the failures of Chavistas and their socialist ideology.

If nothing else, it should serve as a warning to socialists in this country why socialism/Statism is a failed ideology and to show other Americans exactly why it should be avoided like the plague. It is a sure path to a failed state, mass genocide and totalitarian state control

Venezuela is the only South America country that buys Russia weapons. Of course Trump should invade Venezuela. If I were Trump I would have invaded Venezuela for buying Russia weapons.

Venezuela buys Su-30 from Russia. Russia is enemy of America because America cannot control Russia. That means Trump should invade Venezuela.

I'm sure discussions like this happen all the time, with every president going back to George Washington. You just don't hear about it because "Grover Cleveland Derangement Syndrome" wasn't a thing in the late 19th Century.


The irony is, Venezuela has reached a level of desperation where we probably should consider invading it. Hyperinflation has made almost everyone desperately poor, and government malfeasance has cause almost everything to stop working. They're a member of OPEC, but their oil industry is in shambles. It's now reached a point where the public water utilities don't work, and the military is commandeering private tanker trucks to deliver water to their facilities.

America did not invade Germany when Germans butchered millions of Jews in the 1930s. America should not repeat that mistake again. This is why America should take over the world, which would have been easy in 1945 when only America had nuclear weapons.

Anti-globalists on this website are only anti-globalists when Trump tells them to be so. When he is pro-gobalism so are the very vast majority of the supporters.

The only thread I saw any opposition in, and it was refreshing to see, is the one where the supreme court ruled that Trump can fire the judicial branch and the 2000 judges in it. Some supporters voiced concern that this was not constitutional and did not bode well.

So, don't read too much into it -- if values were as strong as government support here is, we'd be set. As it stands the beliefs, values, opinions, whatever name you wanna put to it -- are as fluid as water. In fact, Bruce Lee would be very proud of most Trump supporters on here.
