The report uses these words:

We did not make an assessment of the impact that Russian activities had on the outcome of the 2016 election.

Yes.
And I remember that Trump said the ICA said there was no effect on the election.
He lied.

The report does not say the election was rigged, so that's a non-sequitur.

And please Mr. Putin, keep it up!

Or can you point out where the administration doesn't want him to do so?

Nope.

Is that all you've got? Complaining about a title?

He stated the hacks had no affect on the campaign, and he had reason to believe that was true. I would need a source for when he stated the ICA stated that. The ICA doesn't know what affect it had on the campaign according to their own report.

Yes, better then complaining about Putin wanting Trump over Clinton.

Why is there no thread on this?

Maybe no one really cares any more. I think we all know how badly Putin did at interfering with the election.

Trump chews out NATO and the government does nothing to combat Russia's ongoing efforts to meddle.

Oh, so Russia wants us to sanction them. OK, hadn't thought of that.

The Russians like "Republicans" like Trump.

I wasn't aware Putin voted for Trump.

Putin was not aiding Trump, he was trying to stop Hillary from winning.

You do know those are one in the same, right?

Because of course he did.

Anytime I hear or read someone saying Trump's telling the truth I laugh out loud because nine times out of ten he's lying through his teeth.

I'm sure there's a way to spin those results. Never underestimate these guys. They see a silver lining in every cloud that comes his way. Bless their hearts.

Did I hear correctly that trump is meeting one on one with Putin again after trashing NATO and sending threatening letters to NATO leaders about the U.S. withdrawing support it they don't pay up and offering France money to implement their own Frexit from the E.U. ??? It's like I'm watching a bad movie in slow motion. I see a shady real estate dealer in action demanding his rents threatening to turn off the water and offering peachy deals to desirable tenants.
There are going to be more and more reports that move in this direction.
I wonder what the Senate or the Pentagon are thinking in their private late night worries about the state of the world and trumps myopic view of it.

So, he made it up. He often does that.
