He’s right about the electoral college though.
We wouldn’t be in this terrible mess we are in now if we based the outcome on the popular vote.

I mean, trees and acres and farm animals shouldn’t supersede actual humans.

Haha yeah we would be in a whole different kind of mess If we had went by popular vote, I know a lot of info that is coming out about how one side does things, certainly would not be coming out at all. There is a reason Hillary said If he wins, we will all be hanging from a noose, and it's not what you're thinking.

I don't think one could hope to find a better example of such an idiot than Moore

Ladies and gentleman, we have our idiot. Sorry couldn't help myself, damn Simpsons.

Yes Moore is not exactly unbiased and he shouldn't need to be. He does what he can to open the blinders to the common folk but his personal opinions commits a cardinal sin in journalism-remain impartial and call it as you see it.

However how many ATS posts have you read lately that are not unbiased? in a way these folk are no better than Moore. 'Trump did this' or 'Hillary did that' i'm sick of seeing these headlines. And as for this...

another great point I feel OtherSideOfTheCoin made in his recent thread was how leaders on the left lack likable personalities, how they tend to be "dull and boring".

Well i'd rather be known as dull and boring instead of being known to the rest of the world as a flaming paper bag of dog crap on a veterans doorstep-That pretty much sums up peoples' opinion of Trump outside of the US. However that is our opinion and Moore needs to rid himself of his opinions if he wants to be taken seriously as an investigative journalist.

Keep the Civil War on the coasts. Come to fly over country and it will be over before they can retreat back. Just saying.

Me too.

If the electoral college wasn’t important Trump would have changed his campaign strategy. He won what was needed, it’s just that simple. There it’s been said.

Since 2016, I never see Michael Moore mentioned anywhere in the media. This is the first ATS thread on this nobody since she participated in the women's rallies.

When I read the OP title, I thought maybe Golden Corral had scaled back their buffet.

That had me worried...

these democrats and lefty's do not live in the same reality as the rest of us

look at the patriot prayer rally that happened today

they peacefully assembled with a permit grant by the city and Antifa showed up and started attacking people and throwing bombs into the crowd

you know what the left is calling the prayer rally?

Nazi's.

they seriously live in an alternate universe, there is no logic with these people they cannot be reasoned with

that's the very scary part. when you can't reason with someone, what options do you have left?

He attended an anti-trump rally that was put together by Russians.

Why is he still relevant again?

LOL. Moore says he's bringing 1 million people to physically prevent Senators from being able to confirm Trump's Supreme Court nominee...whomever it is.

Oh..this estrogen-laden whale is fired up!:

That's nothing but a generalization, I live outside the U.S. yet I don't hold that opinion of Trump, nor do many of the people I know. You're basically making the same argument as Moore by saying the majority of people outside the U.S. view Trump as a flaming bag of dog crap. I view Trump as the most reliable and strongest President the U.S. has had in a very long time. I only wish we had AU leaders willing to fight for fair trade deals instead of getting pushed around, Trump is not afraid to call out a bad deal when he sees it, and that does not equate to him trying to destabilize the markets, he is clearly doing good things for the economy so that argument is utter nonsense. Trump is also clearly making great strides in achieving peace among nations like NK, but I guess you see it as him kissing the feet of a dictator right? I simply don't think there's anything Trump could do to stop the frenzied left from foaming at the mouth.

Also you're missing the entire point if you think having a non-dull personality is all about being a loose cannon. It's about having some humility, not always taking yourself so seriously instead of constantly acting like a robot which has no soul... I mean how else can I explain this... these people claim to be all about expressing their emotions yet it seems the only time they actually express any emotions is when they attempt to force tears from their tear ducts in order to push propaganda which uses children as political pawns... no doubt the level of empathy in these people is surely overwhelming, so authentic... lol.

I've noticed a lot of far left loons are going off this "we are the majority" talking point lately. Ironic for a party that claims to represent the little guy. But therein lies the real reason we're seeing all of this manipulation about the borders and immigration. Are people really in this day and age that naive to think that these sociopathic criminals actually give a damn about immigrants and refugees? No, of course not. The reason we are seeing this play out on a world stage is because the far left is trying to consolidate their power and they think immigrants and refugees for some reason are something to own and manipulate and would allow them to do that. I've never quite understood why it is that they think this, but then again I am not a sociopath.

It is probably going to backfire on them just as badly as propping up Trump as a control candidate did for them in 2016.

The joys of not being a straight democracy do the words “Democratic Republic” mean anything to you?
But of course let’s get rid of that along with the 2A because they’re so outdated...
SMH

Show me ANY country in the world, that is a democracy? no no no, reprensentative democracy is what we got - got nothing to do with democracy

Old and busted:
polite disagreement during a heated debate

New hotness:
deeply disturbed name-calling fo the mere hunch, that someone incited violence with his opinion.

Ignorant fools peddling rape and civil war fantasies, that's what I see. And Michael Moore.

Was this guy ever relevant? I mean really. He's no Tarantino. Roger and Me was cute. Bowling I thought was well done but that's it. I bailed at Fahrenheit 911. I just coudn't swallow the tripe being pushed. He could have made it a 15 minute short and got his point across.

Meh, he is right about us not wanting a republican in office. Even with the MILLIONS Russia spent on pro trump propaganda and their anti Hillary smear camp. They only won by less that a quarter of a million votes....80,000 votes in 3 swing states and losing the popular vote by millions is not a landslide.

Also, its not that I personally don't want a republican in office. I just don't want one who cheats on 3 wives. Files bankruptcy a bunch of times, grabs women by the #####, scams people out of money.....trump u...and lies more than he is truthful

The rest of what MOORE says is mostly hot air.

And we would have had Gore instead of Bush, and we never would have gone into Iraq. Need I say more?

Think about that one.

I used to think Michael Moore was a good guy, years ago. But now, a guy with a net worth of 50 million dollars, has the audacity to assert that working class paycheck to paycheck white males are "privileged". I would love to see Michael toil away in a factory for 15 dollars and hour, drive a POS car, and barely scrape by from week to week for a couple years and then get back to us on how these guys are "privileged". He seems to me to be a total hypocrite who simply rides a wave of demagoguery to fill up his bank account by putting out movies that target public discontent against the elites, yet he embraces living and thinking exactly like the elites he is supposed to be against.

We're the majority! We're the majority!"

The majority he is talking about is the rich and elitist of Hollywood. All their millions and all their talent as actors etc was dumped into the anti Trump campaign. We are talking award level performances here and they do not like to lose, NEVER lose, get everything they desire even a bowel of green M&Ms. Even if it means some poor assistant sits there for hours opening up packages to fill that bowel THEY WANT THEIR GREEN M&MS DAMMIT!! lol

And then there is Hillary...lol

You do know it wasn't a vote for Trump, it was an anyone but Hillary vote, right? Could of had Sanders, just saying... But with the left when comes down to Hillary or an aged socialist I just need to say REALLY? You all have nothing better to bring your A game with?
