PSA for ATS Members in the U.S:

I've noticed that this website has turned into a full-blown Right vs. Left subreddit over the conspiracy site we all fell in love with back in the day.
I doubt the owners of ATS ever intended for this to happen, but none the less, here we are.
By now, it's most likely impossible to kill the beast that's taken over this little haven for theories and speculation.

I just wanted to leave a friendly reminder, to all of you who are so dedicated to your political cause on here:

The Left and the Right, our politicians and media overlords... They don't care about you. It's divide and conquer, and you're simply playing into the game. You're nothing more than 1's and 0s on a red & blue map of the USA.

But revenue makes the world go round and political threads are the hottest thing going.

Not for a second did I say "stop talking about politics on my green martian website", this is for all of you cats out there who are obsessed with the sport of political discussion to the point where one throws logic to the wind, all that remains is bias for one's political party.

While I agree with your ideas, the discussions and theories and speculation you find desirable are still here. They may not featured but every forum section offers more than you find on the front page, you just have to look for it.

The popularity of politics exist today on the forum because of exactly what you point out, that it's all a game. No bigger conspiracy, theories galore and tons of speculation. If you examine these discussions closely, they are the same conspiracies that have always been discussed, just different actors or aliens if you will
