Yeah I has read that too, yesterday.
But the car is so heavy that is can't actually drive anymore

And there is hardly space for a driver, let alone any passengers.

The car can't move??? What a nut job. What the hell is the point? Anyhow, I hope someone that idiotic goes deaf as a result of his eccentricity.
