And for all you right wing zealots, think of it this way. Every abortion is one less Democrat vote down the road.

You're actually investing in America's future when you support abortion.

Now that's just sad. It's a good example of how its used to divide though. There's not really anything about this topic that lends itself to humor.

I personally believe, that there is a special place in Hell for those that murder the unborn.

The murder of untold millions is a blight upon this country, and has no place in an advanced society. The simple fact that aborting an unborn child is easier than getting a driver's license, speaks volumes about our blatant disregard for human life.

What truly boggles the mind, is that "Planned Parenthood" was founded to forward the cause of eugenics... the elimination of minority races through abortion. Liberal minority groups have been championing the practice of abortion for decades... what a terrible irony!

"Planned Parenthood" is institutionalized genocide... a genocide against minorities. The paradox, is that minority groups are co-conspirators in their own elimination.

It’s not women have abortions. It’s women killing babies when the mother’s life is not in jeopardy.

Some people are anti-science and they try to say, a genetically different life form, isn’t life but a ‘choice’

Funny thing is, many people are not "pro abortion" as you put it, it's more about pro choice, or letting people decide what is right for them.

Some of us consider the unborn child an individual. A human being.

And murder is distasteful to most.

if they shoot the would be father, it would be like commiting mass murder, because of the sperm you know.

Be that as it may.

There are folks who still hold the values for or against.

True, but should you be required to believe only one way to be part of a political party?

I'm Pro Choice/Life. I think it's legal so what others do is not my concern, but personally I'm not for it beyond a morning after pill which does not bother me.

It should never have been a political issue.

Many of us know women who teetered on the brink of snuffing out the life growing in their womb, but decided against it. I personally know two such women that came "that close" and changed their minds. One was 15 and the other older but single. They went through lots of challenges and difficulties. One of those beautiful lucky kids is now almost 30 and the other is a near genius boy going on ten.

Americans are very diverse about such issues. Some are always going to be pro and some are always going to be anti.

Republicans tend, I think, to be much more family centric.

It should never have been a political issue.

But because it was illegal, it became one.
Like marijuana. Not comparing them quantitatively, but that's why many things become political. Someone says "Make it illegal!" Someone else says "Legalize it!"

Absolutely not. Your views should be reflected in the party, not vice versa obviously.

Also, it shouldn't really be anyone else's business. Who is anyone else to tell you where to place your values.

I know two women who had abortions, but I suspect others have and just don't talk about it. Both those I know turned Pro Life after the abortion. One ended up going through a horrible bout of depression for months. I think there is an instinct involved that kicks in.

Most Americans that oppose a woman's reproductive choices do so because they have been brainwashed through the constrant drone of pseudo through and lies. They lack a sense of feeling in control of the spiraling world around them, so they focus on easy targets, women and children.

The same people that are so adamantly pro life, are also against food stamp programs, subsidizes women and children's health care, day care and public education standards. They're probably also against families seeking asylum coming here.

You try to conceive a child with only just 2 different sperms and tell me how it comes out.

That's a stupid arguement Odz.

Because people think it's murder. It's a touchy subject, but when you have people with late stage abortions, those who are against it see it as just plain out right murder and ignore the myriad of reasons to why they had the late stage abortion.
in either case, people who even fathom having one are in a sticky situation to begin with, and are shamed to no ends because of it.
You either keep the child and struggle, and possibly ruin the child's life, or you abort the unborn fetus and you get flack for making a decision that is best suited for the individual who needs to carry and care for it.

There have been many studies that show nations or communities that ban or chastise women for aborting pregnancy, have much higher crime rates and much higher poverty rates.
At the end of the day you must remember it takes two to tango, but nearly 90% of the time it's only the woman who makes the decision to abort. Men are rarely in the scene.

Would you use the same argument if the mother decided her 1 day old infant should not live and killed it? Still her "choice"?
