Heard about this on the radio from the great Bryan Suits today.
ISIS took 8 people captive and threatened to do their thing unless the iraqi government released all the ISIS prisoners on death row. Of course they dont do that, so ISIS cuts off heads and dumps the bodies on the road.
THEN, the iraqi PM says "well they cant kidnap people to demand the release of ISIS prisoners if THERE IS NO ISIS PRISONERS" and orders all the isis prisoners on death row to be executed immediately, time now. Like 300 people. ISIS just got a lot smaller.

Well o had a problem with it until i read they all ready had their appeals and were convicted. So rushing the executions to save lives makes sense.
