Kaman can bid it. I'd bet against it. Kaman's not done a lot of large military contracts and that would put the program at risk for the
manufacturing phase.
The SH-2 Seasprite helicopter comes to mind. I worked for them on the C-5B wing flap and the A-6 flap and slats projects in the 80's
The K-Max has been flying cargo resupply for the Army in Afghanistan and they have an autonomous version. The tandem rotor negates the need for a
