Looks like The Feds have ordered them OUT !!

2:15 p.m.
Federal officials Monday ordered protesters to end their round-the-clock occupation of property outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Portland, Oregon.

Law enforcement officers began distributing notices to vacate late Monday morning. The several hundred protesters have so far ignored the demand.

The group rallying under the moniker Occupy ICE PDX wants to abolish ICE and end the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy in which all unlawful border crossings are referred for prosecution.

Note: source is AP, who often times changes the link address fwit....

💥🎃

oh good, they are not trying to be violent. Just exercising their rights.

Here is the rest of the AP quote:

Earlier Monday, federal law enforcement officers entered the Portland’s ICE headquarters to secure government property ahead of the vacate notice.

(T)he protesters did not try to thwart officers.

Portland’s ICE headquarters has been the site of an occupation since June 17.

They left peacefully; now it up to the courts to decide whether the government had the right to infringe on Constitutional right to protest.

This is all a ploy to advance the Bilderberg/Soros plan to have the USA as an open borders country just like the EU. I don't buy the bullsnip/sympathy from the msm or the protesters and never will

America's citizens come first. Not some illegal criminal that crossed the border only to try to take up free benefits and give the Democrats another voter.

To hell with that. Always.

These protesters need to be removed from the federal building and the leader arrested. The protest needs to happen in a sanctioned area.

Yep! I think it's time Trump encourages the DOJ to use the RICO act against SOROS and his NGO's! No one has done more to influence elections than SOROS (Not even RUSSIA) and I think he needs to be treated in the US as he has been treated in Hungary!

All I know is that, at my unmarked federal building in which I work, we have both private security AND Homeland Security who make daily (for the former group) and intermittent (for the latter) patrols of our property.

It would seem like DHS could show up and easily escort these ne'er-do-wells off of the government property. I would assume that an ICE office would have the authority to remove any unauthorized individuals from the premises, including from blocking entrances and exits, at any time.

Funny, I'm sure that ICE facility has been there for at least a decade. Nobody protested it's existence until the media manufactured an issue.

Is it any wonder why TPTB consider us cattle?

They actually think the American voter is stupid as sh*t! remember the CNN producer....

The government always has the right to remove anyone from federal property, especially if they're disrupting the daily operations of federal employees.

There's nothing for "the courts" to decide.

Now, if they're only on sidewalks and not blocking entrances, exits, or walkways to and from the property and are not harassing anyone, then they should be allowed to do that.

I am not reading anywhere that they were inside, but I could have missed it. They have been peacefully protesting outside since June 17. When they blocked entrances they should have been asked to make room but could still remain on public property.

But even though they were just exercising their right to protest, they left peacefully when asked. You can't ask for things to go better than that. Now if they decide to press charges for being asked off public property, it's up to the courts.

I love the smell of civil disobedience in the evening.

A storm is cumming and I won't say 'your' policy doesn't play out, because it does. Right?

*tick tock*

I like the video. Shows a lot of the mentality of the protestors nowadays.
They really need to modify what they are doing and screen the protestors before they let em protest
For gosh sake get some protestors that show their IQ and not their shoe size...
That was pathetic . Looks to me like a bunch of ignorant low brows got together just to have something to do.

This from someone who actually KNOWS how to protest .
Been there , done that , got the scars and the tie died T-Shirts to prove it...

I didn't mean to imply that they were inside the building, but even if they are just on the premises (not sidewalks or other public-use areas), then they can be removed if not authorized to be there.

We're so screwed.

We're celebrating illegal aliens and condemning ICE.

I am pretty sure that interfering with law enforcement is not a legal way to protest.

Big protest happened the other day in Portland Oregon.

Dozens protested in front of an ICE facility.

Apparently they had/have a "protection" order from the Mayor and police won't be doing much.

Occupy Ice it is.

Portland Occupiers Shut Down ICE Office, Replace American Flag with 'Refugees Welcome' Flag

"Occupy" protesters have been camping outside an ICE office in Portland, Oregon, leading the facility to temporarily shut down. The occupiers say that they won't leave until the Trump administration revokes its "zero tolerance" immigration policy.

Since Sunday the agitators, whose numbers are increasing, have been engaged in activities such as blocking the entrance to the building...

🚬🔫

LOL! "LET MY PEOPLE GO" says the white people standing in front of the car.....

Doesn't get any better.

Hey I'm just pointing out that they were peacefully there and they peacefully left.

I'm not the one trying to make our Constitutional rights look like a crime.
