The famous Trump Tower meeting is back in the news 😲

Apparently one of the key players in the meeting's set-up (Rob Goldstone) testified in a Senate hearing and said the lure was a bait and switch red herring.

They used bait like getting Hillay's emails and what not.

Trump saw it coming and let Jr see what they had to say.

And oh yeah, that Russian lawyer's act was "Crown Prosecutor of Russia"

Like Trump thought that was real too !! 😃

Publicist Who Arranged Don Jr. Meeting Admits Russian Lobbyist May Have Set Up ‘Bait and Switch’

Rob Goldstone, the English publicist and music manager, admitted that when he wrote Donald Trump Jr. to set up the infamous meeting with a Russian attorney at Trump Tower in June 2016 he used deliberately hyperbolic language to ensure that the meeting took place.

In testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee reviewed in full by Breitbart News, Goldstone further said that he believes the meeting was a “bait and switch” by a Russian lobbyist seeking a meeting on another matter by misleadingly claiming to be bringing the Trump campaign dirt on Hillary Clinton.

"Well that's like getting kicked in the Head by a Donkey !"

I would say that, they are leaving some legal wiggle room.

Because "may" and "believe" can keep you out of jail.

Lmfao, a certain user paraded that dumb email around for the longest time, seeing it dismantled finally ends that.

Ultimately, it was all just one cluster f# of people trying to score points on opposition.

I'm glad you're sticking with verified sources now.

I wonder who leaked that testimony to Breitbart. Isn't that illegal?

You mean to say leaking facts to news is counter to leaking false facts to produce fake news?

Nah, it is a dig at many people on ATS (OP being one of them) crying about leaks and secret sources when anything anti-Trump/GOP gets posted.

I went to buy some stolen goods from a guy that sells them in my neighborhood but when I got there he switched the product on me so I left with nothing.

Am I a good guy?
