In other words DOJ just gave the left-wing media a cheap talking point, they can say they turned over thousands of documents and just fail to mention that they didn't turn over the documents requested.

Imagine if a judge subpoena'd your bank records and you turned in a scrapbook full of your high school and college essays and when he holds you in contempt you're stuck going "but I turned over thousands of documents!"

Of course those who are brainwashed enough to still believe the Trump-Russia collusion myth won't even question whether it's important which documents were turned over.

The documents related to when the FBI started spying on candidate Trump, and what they did, have not been turned over. Also, Congress wants the names of all former/current personnel on the Mueller probe. Many anti-Trumpers are still there.
