Poison Darts

Poisonous darts have been around for a long time. I am sure many different indigenous tribes have their own special cocktails for hunting. Does anyone know or have any recipies for a posionous dart that will make someone unconcious but not kill them in less than 30 seconds?

I'm part of the NDA that is the National Dart Association and for a while now we've been developing a splinter cell that would be a deadly assassin team of dart experts around the country, ready to help the revolution at any second.

Actually I'm just curious. Darts are used today still and were thousands of years ago, but posionous darts..hmmm who has that kind of knowledge in their head. Certainly not me but would like to.
