To take the main point of that video. If most people are incapable of coming here, and the numbers don't change. Then there's clearly no harm in letting them come here. It may not help most of the world, but it does help a few, and requires no extra effort on our part.

Exactly. The real extremes aren't part of either "side" as we see it. They're their own separate little group. And even though there appear to be two different agendas at work--such as open borders vs. uber-strict nationalism--at heart their ultimate goal is the same.
Edit: Good lord there were a lot of "there"s in that paragraph...sorry

We should never have any law that cannot be enforced 100%, 100% of the time.

Second closest is William Burroughs: "Language is a virus from outer space."

So we're back to the two wrongs make a right, again, are we?
Yes, those old Mexican, many of whom could trace their ancestory back to the conquistadors who, just incidentally, stole the land from the Natives, but I digress, families were treated very shabbily by the American settlers.

It harms our working poor, it harms our rich by needing higher taxes to pay for the added schools, welfare and crime, overall it harms our nation. These people tend to vote socialist too, they can't help themselves, they want to turn this place into just the place they came out of.

Not to mention ... I wonder what will happen when Mexico gets its new president and he starts to send all his poor people north because our social safety net is their human right?

Are you talking about the undocumented workers who do the jobs you can's pay gringos to do? The ones who are afraid to go to a clinic or report a crime because they are afraid to be deported? The ones who will never collect unemployment or Social Security because they are undocumented?
mass migration from low iq nations.
