if someone doesn't want to do business with you they don't want to do business with you that's exactly how it should and usually does work

What if some of his menu items are only sold in his market by conservatives? Should they be able put him out of business?

What?
Sold by conservatives?

One way of looking at this. If it was Hillary who went there and the owner had the religious conviction not to serve such an evil person because he would be participating in her evil ways. Not much different from baker refusing service to gay couples since it goes against his religious conviction because he considers SSM sinful (evil).

I believe they are referring to the suppliers from which the owners of the Red Hen buy their product which they then prepare and serve.

They might have accidentally pissed off one of their vendors and if that has occurred, might not be able to procure some of the raw ingredients for their dishes.

That's terrible too. One of these days something will escalate beyond return.

Agreed. These restaraunt incidents are pretty minor, but its this type of thing that could be very dangerous as it continues to get worse and worse. Even 2 years ago bs like this wasn't happening.

Wonder what's next. If the left can't cool down eventually something is going to break. When it does, it won't be pretty. The build up. Could eventually lead to real civil war. Dialogue appears to be about over, I see it as likely.

I do not understand.
So it is OK to not sell your product based on political beliefs?

People are going to have a problem with this.

Beginning to sound a lot like the WHITES ONLY and COLORED ONLY drinking fountains in the old South.

If people want to lose 60% of their customers, let them.
But then they will probably say that Trumpomics forced them to close.
This is were we are at.

And sharing their phone number around so “heroes” like yourself can spread just that little bit more hate is the perfect way to act.

Grow up.

It is a restaurant. Why would a restaurant not want their phone number to be displayed?
It is a business, or it used to be.

No no no no no you guys are missing the whole thing here. They were just trying to tell Sarah she needed to lose a few.

Or maybe they were afraid she would eat the whole place up, including people.

Yup. Fat women sure make good punch lines. Let's just call her a whale and be done with it. Feel better now? Good. Fat shaming is a sign of intelligence.

Their phone number is not there for the little bratty children to fool around with. If anything it makes Sarah look worse. Not to mention Trump followers as well.

Yeah, for real customers, not MAGA trolls trying to impress their pals on twitter.

Why do you pick and choose which constitutional rights to follow and ignore?

Who said it was Trump followers doing this? Remember, FBI plants. They're called the silent majority for a reason. They speak with their votes and dollars. Not with prank calls.

Their phone number is public.
If they did not want the consequences that follow throwing a family out of their restaraunt, based on political beliefs, they should not have done it.

That's what the restaurant owner did to Sanders, so they could have the same happen to them.

I wonder what their (and others) response would be?
