From the article:

Section 24 of the Act requires that any person who seeks to renew a licence must do so 90 days before its expiry date.

Section 28 stipulates that if a firearm licence has been cancelled‚ the firearm must be disposed of or forfeited to the state. A 60-day timeframe was placed on its disposal, which was to be done through a dealer.

So anyone with a firearm should register themselves as a dealer, and then when it comes to disposing of the weapon, they had it in to themselves.

I would consider the ability to defend one's own life, with any means one deems necessary, to be fundamentally inherent to the base human condition.

IT ALREADY IS A LAWLESS society if you are a white farmer living on the land your family has farmed for over a hundred years.. From here it looks like that tyrannical laws are not a lawful society worth supporting. Calling for theft of land and whatever else doesn't bode well for the citizens. "Fairness" for SA would be different if it was fair.
