WOW!!...two F-16's!

I was in the middle of a sleep cycle today when a couple of low flying jets flew passed at low altitude. In my semi dream state I remember thinking "that's pretty loud, I'll wake up when I hear the crash."

There was no crash, but a few minutes later when I heard it again, I jumped up and looked out the window. Didn't see anything so I went back to bed.

We have a couple of low flying military jets come through a year, but we're not located near any bases. It used to happen a lot more often back in the 70's when I was a kid.

Is that your Tomcat pit?

If your referring to the third picture no it’s not his and very far from a Tomcat cockpit it’s an A10c.
