He folded.
Threw in the towel.
Waved the white flag.
Gave in.

This is actually kind of hilarious! Not a single word for showing the compassion the left demanded...just spiking the ball on the 50 yard line, and doing a dance about finally making a single catch....fine job!

Next a kid will get hurt or killed while in detention, and there will be an outcry to release them all. That many people for that long, its almost inevitable. Maybe 10-20 could stay at Peter Fondas house I'm sure he has the room. Think for the people crying the most there ought to come positive actions, instead of threats ,get together and sponsor a family. Commit to helping them get proper documentation, and a job and finally a place to live. Otherwise please realize the people on the front lines are only doing their best in a MANUFACTURED SITUATION.

Liberals were asking to not treat these people like criminals for simply seeking asylum in our country.

No, liberals were screaming that Donald Trump and the border patrol are Nazis for not throwing kids in jail with the adult they arrived with illegally, who, by the way, could be a child sex trafficker. This is why we separate them at the border. But no..It's a concentration camp and the Admin and BP are just following their Nazi agenda, right?

Thank God, now the rest of the website can agree with us that this has been inhumane.

Clearly you've never witnessed inhumane. Is it a failed policy, yes. Its not Auschwitz.

If you were fixing a dam with a giant hole on one side of it, you wouldn't start by patching the cracks on the other side.

The best way to fix this problem is open borders. Patrol for drugs, and scan for criminals when people apply for residency status, but eliminate the political underclass of having an unrepresented group of immigrants in the country.

Not all concentration camps are Auschwitz.

The biggest fallacy in your argument is that open borders means no one ever has to apply for residency status. Then your non-resident immigrants drain millions of dollars from programs meant for citizens...such as healthcare (since most use the ER as a family clinic), public schools, etc. What would be the point of anyone being a US citizen...or is that your hidden agenda? Open borders = end of the United States of America.

Well actually, that's about the absolute worst way to resolve the issue.

Thanks. Now the libs got what they wanted re: illigal immigrant kids staying with illegal immigrant parents. Wonder if Schumer will step up and fix the law?

Glad to here zero tolerance on the illegal border crossings will continue.

He may even produce a scared child to wave in front of the camera for the world to see.

I hear he has an endless supply of them somehow.

Problem solved.

Trump Wins

Next fake crisis plz.

What do they do about children who are not related to the adults that brought them over?

Judging by known pedo supporters getting mad at the detentions, they probably get trafficked to those sickos. Their supply under the Obama era got cut off by Trump would be a good guess.

Can't be. I was watching CNN at work and they were running stories about how he won't. In big letters across the screen it said something to the effect of Source: Trump will not do an Executive Order

β€œThe measure would allow children to stay in detention with parents for an extended period of time.

So now, instead of separating kids from their parents, their just gonna detain women and children in (essentially) minimum security prisons, alongside potentially very dangerous and violent men.

No. They arent. Stop actimg like you actually care about these kids more than you hate Trump.

All based on BS and the line of thought that the US doesn't have a right to protect its borders.

I don't much care what the pope has to say with regards to protecting children.

I certainly don't care what European leaders have to say with regard to border security.
