So you are alleging that 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a) was passed by this administration?
Hmm must have missed that one....
That or the actual law doesn't mean anything to you people.

Who cares? From the article:

Unauthorized border crossings have always been illegal, but previous administrations did not criminally prosecute all border-crossers.

Trump's Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, began the process of treating all border crossers as criminals.

Detained criminals in the US have always been separated from their children and families.

Trump's administration, therefore, has crafted a policy that leads to families being separated at the border by defining all adult border crossers as criminals.

Gariac,

What happened in April that made you decide you want to post a Anti-Trump OP almost everyday? Just wondering because you sure came out of the blue.

Coal. Yes, it is dirty. It is old. But if you get the plants going then they can be converted and it creates not only jobs for manufacturing but construction. Real jobs like the numbers are showing.

More coal is being produced now than in the last administrations last year.

www.eia.gov...

EIA expects total 2017 U.S. coal production to be 773 million short tons (MMst), 45 MMst higher than in 2016 and the largest year-over-year tonnage increase since 2001. Coal prices across the United States rose as well, especially for Central Appalachian coal. An increase in demand for U.S. coal exports more than offset a slight decline in U.S. coal consumption, contributing to higher coal production in 2017.

Look up ATEP, passed in 2008 by the 110th congress, headed by Pelosi and Reid.

I just read a really amazing article, that made laugh out loud in the first paragraph:

The myth, which liberals like myself find tempting, is that only the right has changed. In June 2015, we tell ourselves, Donald Trump rode down his golden escalator and pretty soon nativism, long a feature of conservative politics, had engulfed it. But that’s not the full story. If the right has grown more nationalistic, the left has grown less so. A decade ago, liberals publicly questioned immigration in ways that would shock many progressives today.

... yet, The Obama Adminsitration year after year deported more illegals than any other Administration.

I'm not defending Obama, I'm suggesting that a position paper by an anti-immigrant organization may not be the most unbiased evidence.

Why can’t you people just be happy the country’s doing ok for a change?

That was the view of average german citizens in the 1930´s too.
And they were happy that Hitler created "jobs", build the Autobahn(for war preparation), as an example. People suddenly had some money in their pockets, could even go on vacations for the first time in their life. But people were blinded by that "messiah" because of some of his "good deeds", his supporters celebrated every stupid stuff that was created in the evil mind of that "messiah". And followed him blindly till the end, while the almost whole sane world warned from Hitler-Germany and it´s behaviour. Except those that played friend with Hitler because they wanted to make money.

so you advocate a "kill them now and find out if they were up to bad things later"? When Hitler was bringing economic growth to Germany and people were making good money, Hitler had yet to kill his first Jew. Now in his case, I think a bullet at birth would have done the world a lot of good, but we don't do that, for obvious reasons. (main one being that time travel isn't a reality yet.)

Down to "possibly" already huh ..... There are a lot of things "Possibly"

I do agree with Methane ... These USA bashing threads prove there is an abundance of it

Possibly because there's no way to tell at this point...it's too early. We don't have another earth to test things on. But you go ahead...and I'm not bashing the USA. I loved and served this country proudly in uniform. I just see things a bit more long term now. Maybe you don't, that's not on me.

Trump is taking guns?
Trump is suggesting an arian race?
Trump is suggesting more socialism?

No, no and no.

We have quite a ways to go to get to Hitler. But you can spread your BS fear if you like. Because I'm sure Trump isn't going after your first amendment rights either.

Coal is dirty, unsustainable, and extremely inefficient, it burns hot, and burns to fast, plus the amount of resources to get it out of the ground, and then from and to where it needs to go is not economical anymore.

Also, fracking is extremely dangerous process, it also shows that who ever needs to frack, means they are on desperate legs to get it. But hey, keep stacking up those tariffs, America will be self sufficient soon right?

What would you recommend? Everything is evil. Gas+fracking= Evil. Nukes= Evil. Wind+microclimate disruption+ too big a footprint= Evil. Hydroelectric+no fish fornication=Evil. Solar+large footprint+environmental disruption of land+changes in wind flow=Evil.
Coal as a heat source is no more inefficient than any other heat source in a steam turbine system.

Need coal fired A/C. Lol

They made a gas fired A/C at one time. I remember tearing the unit out and wondering why there were gas lines ran to the outdoor unit. It ran ammonia instead of a freon type refrigerant. So I suppose you could convert one to coal???

I'm not an energy expert. But I do know coal is least efficient. Hence why China used to run several of them in full capacity until they were dry, while those were running they werestock piling others to get ready for another blast of energy.

Thankfully China, YES EVEN CHINA shut down all their coal power plants because of how their efficiency was terrible and it caused massive amounts of pollution.

I can honestly compare coal to the beef industry, so much effort and work to get the stuff, you get practically little in return for the resources used to get it, ship it, then attempt to sell it, and it's expensive to buy whole sale because of that, and consumed extremely fast. All for what? Nothing but making money.

Alternatives are easy, newer Nuclear energy are extremely safe, solar, wind (in the right areas). It honestly just depends on where the location is. Although already harnessed the hoover dam is a brilliant way to basically get free energy, so is niagara falls.

I am rambling here. But to be honest, if Trump put as much effort into blaming other nations for America's short comings in their consumer economy and building up old industries like steel and coal, and put that into more innovative ideas, stuff would get done. Instead we got what, a trade war, ramping up steel mills, and wanting to bring coal back into the economy, and force auto manufacturers to go bankrupt again because Joe Blow in Arizona wants 30 dollars and hour to push a few bolts in? Really?

Cattle are good for grassland management. Of course that is different from cattle in a stockyard.

Generally refrigeration depends on a phase change of the circulated material. A lump of coal will always be a lump of coal, except under high pressure. Then it becomes a diamond.
