Strzok, along with 28 other lower level FBI agents are ready to spill the beans on Comey, McCabe, Lynch and Obama.

What will be anazing is that there’ll be 28 accidental deaths & suicides.

Pertinent points there. Further, the OIG reports aren't the end-all-be-all to questionable actions raised and/or highlighted and certainly not the massaged-for-optics "summaries." There is a lot going on in those appendices not to mention the various & related ongoing investigations.

The outline begins via a relatively under-reported accusation about former Attorney General Loretta Lynch by former FBI Director James Comey in his upcoming book.

According to ABC News Comey writes in “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership,” that he became the public face of the investigation partly because of a mysterious development which he felt could cast “serious doubt” on Lynch’s independence.

“Had it become public, the unverified material would undoubtedly have been used by political opponents to cast serious doubt on the attorney general’s independence in connection with the Clinton investigation,” Comey writes, according to ABC. He calls the material a “development still unknown to the American public to this day.” (ABC Link)

The conclusions speak for themselves.
It seems you're tying yourself in knots trying to make the conclusion something other than what it is.

Conclusions don't speak at all. The Summary of IG report are not looking good for your side. The ONLY thing at all you can barely latch onto is the statement of bias in writing that is so clearly not supported by the rest of the IG report. You can fake being lazy or lie, your call.

Well that's a relief.
You're mistaken. I don't have a stake in this.

They've already pointed out several conflicts and possible "recommendations" in the redacted portions of the "report".

What sides are those? Americans and who else?

The IG report mostly confirms things we already knew.

We knew about Comey's not following protocol.

We knew about Lynch's poor choices.

... and, we knew about Strzok/Page's silly texts.

Republicans have been calling for a halt to the Mueller Investigation since December, knowing all these things.

Hasn't happened yet.

All this did was settle the question of the Clinton Investigation and the finding on that was there was nothing compromised by Comey not following protocols or Lynch's poor choices or even the texts of Strzok and Page.

The only side here is the American side.

Wow, that's incredibly generic and vague ... anything specific?

Why ....IF Mueller has ANYTHING on President Trump and has done nothing for 2 years ?

Mueller is doing more damage than any Media outlet could hope for by just letting it lay out there.... and he knows it

First of all, Mueller is not investigating Trump as far as we know.

Second, the Mueller Investigation has already achieved 15 indictments of Russian agents, 3 guilty pleas from Trump Campaign officials and Paul Manafort.

Pursuing justice is damaging America? That's an opinion I guess.

My opinion that the President, the Republican Congress, the media and others are doing irreperable harm to our national security by trying to do ANYTHING to undermine the FBI.

Mueller’s mandate is to investigate the Trump campaign for any conspiracy to interfere in the 2016 elections and includes prosecuting any crimes that are uncovered in that investigation.

2 Years ? Justice ?

Absolutely correct in your first paragraph.

You repeat questions you asked which I answered.

A single federal prosecutor could have levied the charges that Mueller has brought thus far. Overkill for what he has accomplished. And wasted taxpayer dollars.

Indeed.

Manafort in 2012 - Allowed to supposedly "further his crimes" for 6 years no less.
