they always have to search you for weapons trust me you have no rights once they arrest you just get used to it

There is a difference in patting down for a weapon and going through pockets to find drugs.

Of course when driving around smoking in a car with a broken light, bad registration or stolen plates, the person is just giving an invitation to be stopped and then most likely have a car searched.
