Tbh, I was worried when I heard the report was coming out in installments, because to me all these matters seem to be a cooperative and the accumlitive effect is a novelsque depiction of dark times. The fact that all this negligence and malfeasance is seemingly going to lead to ineffective slaps on the wrist for the conspirators and co-conspirators sets a disturbing trend.

We should cheat, lie, steal, be partisan, base our decisions solely on ideology and not right or wrong.

Because they did.

But 'they' didn't do exactly this. Oh sure, they lied and they cheated alright (they do a whole LOT of that), but they didn't base their decisions solely on ideology and not right or wrong. No, they didn't do that. They didn't do that at ALL!

Maybe it's a cultural thing. But, I interpretted that as being supportive of you, not mocking. The english...perhaps colloquial...wordplay, reinforced your statement. And I almost made a similarly supportive reply to you.

ETA: And thank you for explaining where your screen name comes from. I think most people choose screen names that are meaningful to them, even if not apparent to others. Mine comes from a cartoon character of my childhood, combined with the protagonist of the Orson Scott Card "Ender's Game" series.

What makes you think you're one of the good guys in the first place? Serious question.

If someone royally #s me over or anyone I care about (which includes most people, believe it or not), Im sorry, but that person will pay for what they have done.

Much of the time, if a person is not punished for serious crimes and malicious acts, they will continue this repeatedly, and others like them will get comfortable and think they can get away with it, too.

A lot of people react emotionally and immediately to being wronged. I understand that and see it as a way to achieve the desired effect aka stopping the bad guys, sure.

Some of us, however...if you wrong us or those we care about?

We'll destroy your life, piece by piece. We will make you watch as your very sanity deteriorates into oblivion, and tear your very soul apart, slowly, methodically, meticulously, thoughout a lifetime.

There are certainly ways to avoid this unfortunate punishment: sincere accountability, good deeds, affecting positive change within, cessation of harm to the world and others; redemption.

Those that refuse and continue to attack good people?

God have mercy on their souls (speaking ironically, of course).


I was once punished, heavily. Sometimes we arent even aware of what we are doing wrong, but the wise will wise up, should they value their existence.

The bad guys do not win in the end..They either lose with punishment from God in Hell or they lose when people get fed up even other nations with war.
