It's a civil case.

You don't think the lawyers for the state of New York can pull together a case that will fly?
Really?

I think the Mr. Trump saluting the NK general is pretty huge BREAKING NEWS.

What a joke.

RETURNING the salute of a NK General. Get it right. President Trump is the Commander in Chief of the US military it would be an insult not to return it.

It seems that the left are the one pulling their hair out, just keep tossing out b.s allegations until something sticks.

Pathetic.

Remember this is the same office where Eric Schneiderman recently had to resign for abusing women. The same office where people who knew about his abuses didn't say anything because of the damage it would do to the Democrat party.

They could really use a distraction right now...

This gets better everyday.

The DNC and HRC colluded with Russians and accused Trump of colluding with Russia.

The Clinton foundation was set up as a pay for play money laundering scheme and now they are accusing Trump of illegal activities with his charity.

Only one thing can be certain. You can be 100% certain that every accusation thrown at Trump is a law that was broken by the DNC and/or HRC.

They have no other tactic. It's like watching 6 year olds argue. By the time they are done you can be certain that there will be only the delsusional left on their side.

This is a desperate attempt by Democrats to disctract from actual crimes committed by the FBI and the previous administration. The NY AG is just running interference for the Dems. Also, anyone can sue anyone for anything. It doesn’t mean crap.

Not anymore than Mueller could put together a case. You realize you actually need a crime to be committed to put together a case, but anyone can make a frivolous accusation?

If laws were broken how come the Attorney General isn't handing out indictments? Or filing charges?

Probably because they may not be criminal actions, and more likely because the state just wants to extort money from him.

Can American public officials be sued for wasting taxpayers' money?

If so, a lot of pro-life legislators should be sued.

I think anyone in the USA can sue anyone for anything. Doesn't mean it's actually true... just a typical PR stunt the Dems pull out and use on their opponents EVERY SINGLE ELECTION CYCLE.

Now, you would know that if you were not so deep in the closet for the Democratic party that you live in Narnia...

Funny, the Trump Foundation put out more monies than it took in...

www.breitbart.com...

Per Trump...

The sleazy New York Democrats, and their now disgraced (and run out of town) A.G. Eric Schneiderman, are doing everything they can to sue me on a foundation that took in $18,800,000 and gave out to charity more money than it took in, $19,200,000. I won’t settle this case!...

There is no way in hell they would bring a lawsuit against a sitting president unless they could prove every word of it.

This investigation into the Trump foundation has been on-going for 20 months according to reports.

Face it. He's a thief.

B.S

The deep state will do anything to try and get President Trump out of office.

If he was so guilty of anything they claim it would have been brought to the table during his run for the office.
