Ok i looked into this and the story being told isnt quite right.
Khan al-Ahmar was built on land that belongs to the State of Israel. It is situated in an area under full Israeli administrative and security authority according to both the Oslo Accords and international law.
The residents of Khan al-Ahmar are one branch of the large Jahalin Bedouin tribe. Until fairly recently, they were nomadic shepherds who lived, with the rest of the tribe, near Arad.
The school being mentioned is a mud brick building that was built next to a highway, this land was designated to expansion of the highway. In other words they built a school in a construction zone.
Now i noticed they complain water and power have not been hooked up. Thats because this area has not been set up for residential housing these people lived in tents and were nomads. When they decided to stay they started attempting to steal power from lines near the interstate. This was of course stopped.
Now here comes rhe good part it was shown they do not own the land even they conceded that in court. But the judge decided they needed to do a land swap.government promptly set aside state land for a new neighborhood on the outskirts of Abu Dis, named “Jahalin West,” and offered a package worth over half a million shekels for each wife in each of the Jahalin households—a package that includes a large plot of land, completely developed and zoned for residential construction, with infrastructure for water and electricity.
So i think they got a pretty good deal comsidering they just moved into land they didnt own. Now at least the property will be theres.

'She was deemed a illegal combatant and died.US law does not protect you when you go to another country. I fn you get labeled terrorist in another country you are on your own.'
You have a point in there somewhere, but I am struggling to make any sense out of it. Rachel Corrie and her fellow 'combatants' were all heavily-armed with bull-horns and video equipment, which (to an IDF-trained soldier) probably looked like advanced scalar-weapons, and such a threat to national security had to be 'eliminated.' Adolf Hitler thought the same thing about anyone in his own 'occupied countries' who dared speak out (or, shock and awe ! would have the chutzpa to print anything) against his own Chosen People....er...I mean, The Master Race. I get my racist termes confused sometimes.
How Brooklyn-born 'doctor' Rabbi Baruch Goldstein (a student of the racist-zionist extremist Meir Kahane) managed to sneak into that Hebron Mosque at 5:30 am during Purim (25 Feb 1994) screaming racist-zionist quotations from the wacko prophet Hezeqiel chapters 8 and 9 ('shew no mercy to all those facing the east, but kill them all...' &tc. ) is still a mystery to me; the fact that only 4 of the 12 IDF soldiers assigned to protect the Mosque that morning bothered to show up to work tells me the other 8 knew well in advance what Rabbi Goldstein was going to do with his semi-automatic rifle. He only managed to kill 29 Palestinian men facing the east, (wounding 130 or so) so I gather the good-rebbe was something of a bad shot.
I imagine the Yisroeli soldiers who did manage to get out of bed and show up for duty that morning must have thought Goldstein's machine gun looked just like a bull-horn and a video camera, because they let him fire for ten minutes before one of them had the good-taste to put that rabid-dog out of his misery at last.
I wonder if Rabbi Goldstein had bothered to 'mark for extermination' all those praying Palestinian victims he murdered with an inkpoit first ? ! Hezekiel would have probably cheered him on ! All I know is that the statue they made of him in Brooklyn cost a buttload to smelt in metal.
