Yeah, I think there may be more to this than meets the eye. Considering Tesla, time machine, free energy and the meeting of Kissinger, who has the info, with Trump may say they were waiting for the right person.

Edit to add: We need to remember the letter Nixon wrote to Trump implying or saying he, Trump, would someday be President.
