No-one wants to see England win more than me....but somehow I just don't see it.
Colombia look a tight, well organised team. I think we lack the creativity to break decent defences down and look shaky at the back ourselves.

I really, really hope I'm wrong.

Can get 100/30 for Colombia, I think that is incredible value, but I just can't bring myself to back against England.

Yet again an uninventive side gets scored on. Too much of the pass around and pass into the feet of the Swedes.

Crazy at times. Last 15 should be fun!

So do I mate , there's a golden opportunity here to do something we haven't done since 66 , a win tonight will be a big step toward that.

I hear ya. I’m watching England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 play for the first time (awake)...if England does win it all, what do the English do? Declare a national week-long, summer holiday?? Seriously, do you even dream a little dream about it? Any idea how you’d react to winning it all?!

And good luck 🍀

Me personally; temporary disbelief followed by the party of all parties! And trust me, I know how to party.

I think the feel good factor would be contagious and be a marvellous boon to us prior to Brexit.

Not sure how the rest of the UK would react though!!!

We never actually stopped celebrating the victory of 1966.
The members of the winning team will receive the O.B.E., and the manager wiill receive a knighthood.
And every time an Engish team plays a European team, the English fans will incorporate it into their chants.

It won't change my life but it will give me a big grin , especially when thinking of those nations who it will really piss off.

Looking at you Scotland.

Sterling flatters to deceive.....consistently.

For once he made a good run there and then right on cue completely arsed it!

Very rarely do I agree with the general consensus....but Stirling is indeed #!

I hope he now goes on and proves me wrong.

I don't know, but as usual we'll grab defeat out of the jaws of victory. Either way, I won't be watching. Going to bed early as up at the crack of dawn.

Colombia playing dirty , pretty sure a headbutt should be a red card.
0-0 Half Time.

I have never watched a football game before until recently. The first one I watched was Saturday with France. My BF is Dutch and HUGE Football fan so I added the live TV option to Hulu so we could have a football date. Honestly I enjoyed it very much. I had him to ask questions and a plate full of snacks. I told him now he has to take me to a live game.

Personally I hope he goes off and is replaced by a footballer.

Just watched it again. Definite red. That's quite a few VAR decisions that have not gone for us. Hmmm.
I suspect if one of players did that he would be off.

To be fair, it was a crap headbutt....and I hate to condone 'diving' etc but Henderson had no real option but to go down considering what other players do.....what has happened to our game?

Me?
I would have just laid the wanker out and paid the consequences later.....probably one of the reasons I was never a professional footballer, the other reason being that I was in no way good enough!!

But, do we have any?

Unfortunately Sterling has lost more balls in this World Cup than a Eunach's Convention. I really hope he proves us wrong and does something special to win the game.

Kane is playing far too deep....just like Rooney found himself doing for far too many years.

We lack the creativity and flair to break their defence down.
They'll sneak a goal from a break or a set piece......

I'd send half of them off....no if's or but's.
All this surrounding the referee has gone too far.

We need to keep our heads and not react to the tactics we know they are going to increasingly resort to.

Stones booking was stupid and naïve.
