Well then, it appears that this analytical approach to attracting varied talent related to diversity and inclusion is of no interest to you, but it certainly is to many other companies.

Naturally, that argument has flaws, the fact that people are disagreeing with me is proof of that. If the argument was flawless, no one would be able to disagree.
