people who are turned off by knowing what the job entails are not people I want to hire

it must be a great weeding process

And what does your bottom look like from over-stressed employees who don't show up for work, or make that position a revolving door situation?

Read the interesting Johnson & Johnson case study below (where they wanted to resonate with female talent for specific jobs)

also, I would like to point out the reason why you can't find the flaws in that job description, BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE

Are you sure? Or are you, like me, too ignorant to find them?

Nothing is flawless, if you're incapable of finding the flaws in something then it means you're lacking the proper knowledge in your topic.

That argument is flawed.
But you've gotta love an argument who's proof lies in its disproof.

Well then, it appears that this analytical approach to attracting varied talent related to diversity and inclusion is of no interest to you, but it certainly is to many other companies.

Diversity ans inclusion based policy is for very low IQ people

Either you step up to the plate and compete or lose

Sorry not sorry

Competition has many different angles for different types of business? Perhaps your type of business has no need for innovation.

Johnson & Johnson Diversity and Inclusion:

Enhance Business Results and Reputation

Understanding and serving the needs of diverse patients and customers is simply the way we all must operate to drive innovation and growth, and continue to be a thriving and sustainable business.

I can't, because nothing is flawless as your argument states.
Of course that includes your argument which therefore must be flawed.

Naturally, that argument has flaws, the fact that people are disagreeing with me is proof of that. If the argument was flawless, no one would be able to disagree.
