Picture of President Bush altered?

Look at this picture (hope this works right). Look at Pres's LEFT ear. Does the shadow inside of it look inconsistent with the shadow on his suit? I might be over-analyzing, but how else would they be able to photograph him in public, always using that dang earpiece. To the photo analysts who are interested, please share your results!

All I see is a guy with witha big ear, bu tmaybe I am wrong. I feel certain our Republican friends will explain how Clinton FORCED his ear to LOOK lareger in the photo. I am just waiting.

His right ear seems much larger than his left ear, and mishaped aswell.
I still dont get the importance of that, is that his clone?

Personally, having looked at the photo, it appears, my opinion, to be angle of the photo taken in respect to light and shadows.
