Trump just called their bluff on totally free and totally fair trade. The Little 6 will have none of that. He sure knows what buttons to push, that's for sure.

So you're just going to pretend that he doesn't have that education and background because you personally disagree with his conclusions.

Do you disagree with other professionals who make informed decisions on their subjects too just because you would like a different answer?

No. He has the education and the background, and yes, I disagree with his conclusions.

Great, you disagree. Now back up your opinion with provable facts. People spend lifetimes studying this, I highly doubt you have an informed opinion that isn't just ideological rambling.

If that's not sarcasm I'd just like to remind you there is no Russian collusion. And I have no idea what anyone imagines the president could do that should make me fear his ties to Russia.

Especially when it was the democrats who colluded with Russia for the dossier and Uranium One.

Just today, he reversed his old position that asbestos was one of the most toxic substances on the planet. Instead, he directed the EPA to remove it from the list of harmful substances that need to be regulated.

Did you know that thanks to long term sanctions, Russia was set to financially collapse within the next two years? Did you know Trump stopped that with his Iran actions which increased the global price of oil?

So destabilizing to collapse the Country with the most nuclear weapons in the World (Russia) is a good idea?

Really?

It's a strange world when it's the Republicans peacemongering.

So much for that Coexist bumper sticker. ....

Not to go what about Obama...
But what the hell did Obama have?

I think Obama has a bigger ego than Trump and was less qualified than Trump.

All Trump talks about in his speeches is me, myself, and I. Obama actually used very measured words and almost never referenced himself. And you think Obama had the bigger ego? Obama's ego was a manufactured talking point by the right just so they could attack him... much like Trumps hand size, hair, or intelligence is right now (ever notice that most Republican Presidents are portrayed in the media as a dunce?)

As far as what Obama had though. He studied the constitution in depth, was a constitutional lawyer, a state senator for a decade, a federal senator for most of 1 term, and was involved with local politics for 20 years. In terms of government experience he served in city, state, and federal government, in terms of work experience his career was based on understanding the constitution, and in terms of education he had one of the most indepth educations possible on the constitution.

You do realize that Obama couldn't even talk without a teleprompter.

The crew that used to have to lug it around with Obama on his 8 year fundraiser for the Dems joked about it.

They called it TOTUS. The Teleprompter of the United States.

Here is your messiah in free-form....

People may spend lifetimes studying this, but you haven't.
Back up your opinion since you are the one who is not ideological rambling.

I am.

Tell me what Obama did without ideological rambling.

So your disagreement with him is that he spoke with a teleprompter in order to appear more eloquent?

Better a teleprompter than simply rambling, or being Dubya 2.0 of Orating.

Edit: And yes, I watched the 5 minutes of poor orating. Now compare to Bush without his teleprompter. Which would you prefer -- freeform faceplants, or polished teleprompters?

I don't have strongly held opinions. I have my preferences, but recognize that I am not an expert on those subjects and as a result favor many groups of power (including those who disagree with me) having influence. Moderation is key.

There are 4 types of government:
Rule by One.
Rule by All.
Rule by Some.
Rule by None.

Lets tackle these one at a time.
Rule by One - This is a dictatorship. This has been proven to be a failure.
Rule by All - This is mob rule, it has also been proven to be a failure.
Rule by None - This is anarchy, this fails because a society needs laws in order to function. With no laws you have no society.
Rule by Some - Through the process of elimination this is the only one left. It stands to reason that if rule by one or all are the low points on the curve, then it is possible that a point in between them, consisting of an arbitrary amount of some, would be fit to rule. I have a lot of thoughts on this, that are off topic to this thread. But suffice it to say, I consider the US Constitution to be deeply flawed and irreparable.

As such, I have little opinion on Obama's interpretation of the Constitution. But to say he doesn't understand the document is woefully ignorant.

Were not building economic ties between the US and Russia. We're only opening our markets to them. There is no interdependence being created.

I have no doubt that Obama understands it.
And I think he thinks like you do.
It is flawed and irreparable.

Most of Americans do not think the Constititution is flawed or irreparable.

We kind of like our Constitution.
You do not.

In 1968, Merkel joined the Free German Youth (FDJ), the official communist youth movement sponsored by the ruling Marxist–Leninist Socialist Unity Party of Germany.[23][24][25] Membership was nominally voluntary, but those who did not join found it difficult to gain admission to higher education.[26] She did not participate in the secular coming of age ceremony Jugendweihe, however, which was common in East Germany. Instead, she was confirmed.[27] During this time, she participated in several compulsory courses on Marxism-Leninism with her grades only being regarded as "sufficient".[28]

Political discussions were held around the dinner table. Horst Kasner believed the basic idea of socialism was right but he disagreed with how it was being implemented in Soviet-controlled East Germany. Ms Merkel nowadays insists: “Very early it became clear to me that East Germany could not function.”

She not only joined the Communist Free German Youth movement – which some critics still describe as the socialist answer to the Hitler Youth – but also learnt Russian, the language of East Germany's ultimate rulers.

Interesting in what way? That she was able to grow up in East Germany, see it's horrors first hand, rise above her station, and become the leader of the free world?

Most Americans do not think about it, they merely accept it as the way things are. They are incapable of writing better, and are therefore incapable of evaluating it. A large percentage of Americans treat it as a holy document.
