It strikes me as semantics. Which is worse, believing he's a racist or knowing he isn't and be it by parroting that BS or simply by not commenting that it is, in fact, not true?

Neither is particularly admirable.

Why do you say that? You suggest racy at best photo shoot as a professional model makes her a porn star... its your label, not mine, not Trumps...

Try to keep up with your own demands. I posted the proof that you demanded. Naked pictures of girl on girl actions is pornography. PERIOD!

The funny part is the article you are using as your porn star proof is actually about "we should be ashamed of ourselves for slut-shaming this woman" ...something you seem to be doing...lol Give me a break

All of you guys saying that I'm wrong about Kim Kardashian being a porn star (she's victim LOL), and that Melania Trump NEVER did porn, (just a bunch of naked pictures that she got paid for) are the ones doing the slut shaming. I'm calling it as it is. And, it's porn, pure and simple. And, Trump seems to love it, because he has a history of surrounding himself with porn stars. He even married one!

You want to talk about slut shaming, have a talk with Rudy Giuliani!

“If you’re going to sell your body for money, you just don’t have a reputation. I may be old fashioned, I dunno,” Giuliani said. “The business you were in entitles you to no degree of giving your credibility any weight.”
nypost.com...

Hypocrite! If those are his standards, then Kim Kardashian and Melania Knauss also deserve his disrespect and distain.

It took a porn star for Trump to pardon this woman. No one else could have gotten that woman pardoned.

Validity in our post, right up until the last line.

" No one else could have gotten that woman pardoned. " That is pure crap. You know it, we know it. Of all the E.O.'s, Judicial appointments, Bills signed, where's the 'porn star' you cite that motivates Trump? Where's the porn star in pardoning the Arizona Sheriff?

Perhaps that's why you left it to last to post. Sorry, but fecal material often floats to the top....

The Arizona Sheriff is pretty well known. No need for any celebrity to bring recognition to him.

Sorry, but nobody else did. And, Obama pardoned/gave clemency to an unprecedented number of convicts.

Take the whole quote, please...

“If you’re a (feminist) and you support the porn industry, you should turn in your credentials,” Giuliani told CNN.

Hmmm... "Porn industry" Hmmmm... "feminist"

graziadaily.co.uk...

At a blogger panel a few weeks ago Kim Kardashian revealed she didn’t identify as a feminist. ‘I don't think that I am a feminist. I don't like labels,’ she told the crowd.

Is settling in court over a sex tape you didn't make with the intent of profiting considered being in the "industry?" Seems a bit broad in my opinion...

Is Melania Trump a feminist? It would seem rather silly for her to consider herself one, considering all the times the nags have ridden her ass over her own personal choices.
blogs.spectator.co.uk...

Melania Trump’s critics expose feminism’s blind spot

Is she in the "porn industry" or has she ever been? Hmm... well, if you want to take that position, let's say you're disagreeing with decades of legal precedence in the US which has stated there is an artistic purpose for some nudity and difference between smut and art. Plus the fact that, TMK, there is no sex shots or overtly erotic pictorials of her beyond the standard bare art B&W shots she took years ago.

I didn't say Kim was a victim, I'm saying by using the term "porn star" is your way of shaming, or is at least agenda driven. As per your labeling it would include EVERY model out there and 90% of Hollywood all being porn star....Hell might as well include much of the population in that too...

Do you really know what a porn star is... lol

So? What's your point? Do you want me to start bashing women in the porn industry? Exotic dancers too? How about actresses that do full frontal nudity in romantic films?

And, by the way, feminism isn't defined as pro or anti porn. It's defined as support for women and their equal rights.

Sigh, guys and their slut shaming hypocrisy!

Is porn star a good or bad thing to you? It seems you drift all over the place here and I think we need to figure out where you stand? It seems to me you are using it as a bad label, but I might be wrong and you are using it as a complement...

I didn't say you did, but some posters in this thread insinuated it.

You're saying that, I'm not. Porn star is what it is.

PORN STAR (IMO): A person who stars in a porno flick, or who models for pornographic magazines and the like. I personally don't see any shame in that. I see hypocrisy in slut shaming women in those profession, while giving people like Melania Trump and Kim Kardashian "Mulligans" . I'm all for equal treatment!

I think ignoring Trump's proclivities toward women in the porn industry and his YUGE ego is hypocritical. I think it's no surprise that Kim Kardashian was able to get this one woman pardoned under the circumstances.

You see that is the problem...so many women meet your requirements as a porn star it would be hard to find a woman who is not...

Its like saying that Trump has proclivities towards beautiful women, well so do I..lol

This narrows it down some. Not sure if a home video makes one an actor, or modeling is considered "performs sex acts"

"A pornographic actor (or actress for female), or porn star, is a person who performs sex acts in video that is usually characterized as a pornographic movie."

Oh, I see if the woman isn't well known then it would take a porn star to get her pardoned. Yeah, right.

Fascinating how this is act and thread has been spun by the left. Sheer spite, I suspect, as the mid-term get closer to the blue wave....cough,cough.

Not all women are "Melania Knauss" or "Kim Kardashian" or "Stormy Daniels". They are "rock stars".

"A pornographic actor (or actress for female), or porn star, is a person who performs sex acts in video that is usually characterized as a pornographic movie."

Pornography also covers still pictures and magazines. Melania's nude pictures depicted girl on girl on girl sex. Kim Kardashian deffinately performed sex acts on motion media.

Not sure if a home video makes one an actor

Home video...Lol. I'd say if its gotten over 13 billion hits on PornHub, shes a porn star.

ETA to add:

The host made the argument that both women deserve respect.

Oh, I see if the woman isn't well known then it would take a porn star to get her pardoned. Yeah, right.

Be honest with yourself. If a celebrity hasn't mentioned her, she wouldn't have been "pardoned". If Trump goes on to pardon others of similar crimes then I'd take him seriously.

Fascinating how this is act and thread has been spun by the left.

The right has spun it as if Kim being a celebrity has nothing to do with it.

Be honest? I should take your assessment of Trump and who'd he'd respond to? As if any President delves into individual cases? Now you say 'celebrity', the other 'poster' said 'porn star'. In this case, yes, a celebrity. You can marginalize this all you wish. It was a good act. He loses zero public points with it. None.

The naysayers on ATS? Who cares? I'm sure Trump doesn't.

I think what Trump did is a good thing. We just have to be honest about the motive behind Trump's action.
