This is why we're heading for civil war.

The leftists think that only they have true American virtues, thus being able to readily condemn, attack those who would dare think differently.

It's the leftists that abhor a difference of opinion, free thought, independent thought, free expression. Which, ironically, are essential to the values inherent in American culture.

Appears to me you are now doing the very thing you are accusing the left of. Is there no room in your world for a difference of opinion?

Of course there is!

But when the opinion is that I must be censored, harmed, silenced, punished, simply because of my beliefs, then I will not support that opinion.

It's like you asking me why I don't support someone killing me when all the killer wants to do is express himself.

I, personally, have not.

But the countless events on college campuses, schools, protests, the tearing down of statues, the calls for assassinations by elected officials, surely you cannot be so dense as to ignore these incidents.

Perhaps I am dense, thinks for the insult. If I'm not mistaken the right to protest is protected by the constitution. If you are referring to the civil war confederate statues , I was upset with that myself. As for the calls for assassinations, I must have missed that. None of these are reasons, for me, to go completely partisan and not keep an open mind. My theory is to vote for honesty, integrity, and intelligence. No matter the party.

Don't fall for the propaganda. This video is from The Daily Caller.

Gotcha, and that means what's on the video isn't actually on the video.

What isn't on the video are the questions being asked.

It would be like asking "Would you rather date an Obama supporter or a member of the Taliban?"

One would think that would be a no-brainer too, but I wonder how many people here would think a bunch of Obama haters would answer, "Oh, gosh ... member of the Taliban!" You never know, it might have been done, and they may have found their pound of stupidity to laugh at.

I dated an Obama supporter. I can handle people being naive, especially if they're young. It's forgivable, you just hope they grow out of it. Some people never do though.

Ya really... I love how someone will call Trump a liar and say something like prove Obama is one. It is not like we can't quote everything he has said and label it true or false. The one area people seem to not want to deal with is when I ask does the level of the lie mean anything. Trump is a liar when he suggests he had the biggest crowd ever as a level of showmanship, but lies that cost trillions, effect 100 millions, kill 1000s, injure 10,000s are some how less of a lie.

Not only that but half the "lies" they accuse Trump of aren't actually lies, they're things that are taken out of context, most of the time on purpose. I mean if he lies so much, why the need to lie and inflate the "lie count"?

They keep shooting themselves in the foot with him. He makes enough legitimate screw ups to attack, you don't need to make them up, it ruins their credibility. They'll never learn though.

Your bigotry is noted. You're also delusional if you think the right are the loudest whiners. Have you been lost in the woods since November of 16?
