"Common Sense" to these people is having huge areas full of unarmed people ripe for the picking.
"Common Sense" to these people is trusting the gov 100% no matter what, when every government that ever existed has proven they must be watched like a
hawk at all times, and are under no condition to be "trusted 100% no matter what".
"Common Sense" to these people is to throw away countless millenia of honed instincts, and counting on "someone else" to be responsible for your
safety and tgat of your loved ones. That means you are hoping that the police officers who happen to get the call, love your family as much as you do.
And also you are just hoping they get there on time to be of any use, AND on top of that all, you're hoping they don't mistakenly kill you or your
loved ones including pets.
All just so you don't have to learn to defend yourself like Every Other Living Thing Does on the Planet!
And this, is "Common Sense"?
I swear, the politicians KNOW this is an idiotic idea and it is impossible to implement, and it will Never Happen...
They just use it to distract, take up time, make it look like they are actually earning a paycheck... How much taxpayer money has been wasted so we
can listen to them blabber on incessantly about a Total Lost Cause that will Never Happen?
They just use it to stoke tensions. It's a lost cause. A dead end argument. They know this!
The problem is they give anti depressants, tranquilizers, and other hardcore drugs to kids just because they aren't happy all the time. It's not
Normal to be happy all the time, especially when the whole world is messed up! Depression is our normal warning sign our bodies are using to try to
tell us that the current arrangements are Not Working... You know, the economic slavery and what not. Whether we know it or not, Our Subconscious
KNOWS that things are not as they should be. And this awareness is manifesting itself in various ways. The appearance of once rare conditions like
depression and anxiety are examples. In the past humans had even less freedom. We had kings, lords, nobles, emperors worshipped as gods, popes who
command in God's place... but one thing makes today much different. Two things, actually, which are inseparable intertwined. Widespread knowledge, and
technology. We were superstitious then. Now we know better. We know that all people, royal or noble or wealthy, or not, are equal in worth. We know
that it's insane for an already wealthy CEO to be awarded a million dollar quarterly bonus when the employees who made that possible are one or two
missing paychecks away from homelessness. We know that there is nothing special about Justin Bieber or George Clooney that should allow them better
healthcare, more lenient justice system, all the sex they could want... we accept it, but, Our Subconscious KNOWS better. We allowed Bush and Cheney
to take us to Iraq and Afghanistan and kill over a million civilians, on Our tax dollar, in Our name. But, there is a price to pay for that. Our
Subconscious sees to it. The medications only help hide the problem so we can pretend life is normal for a little longer.
