What would be the requisite predicate offense to support a RICO claim? Sexual assault is not one of the statutory bases for RICO to apply. A bunch of people getting together to do bad things is not enough. There has to be one of the statotorily enumerated crimes, even in a civil case like this.

I 'tried' to point out that a photo with the two of them together means nothing. I'm not about to go though the ATS archives to see if there was any possibility that there might exist unspoken references beyond what was actually posted.

But hey...maybe you're right.

When all this happened, up until this point, Weinstein seemed like the scum of the earth.

Now I am starting to see him as a champion for the sexually frustrated. This guy has everything yet he still has to resort to these extremes just to get any sex at all. I kind of sympathize with him.

Don't get me wrong. I think his movies are disgusting. The sex thing is pathetic. I don't like him but how many men are in the same position today. 90% of the females go after the top 10% of available males.
