Let me ask you a question about the house rent blues..which are coming up on me right quick.
I've been whiskey curious for a while. I love gin and tonic, but I feel it's time to grow up and expand my horizons.
I'm overwhelmed. I just stare at the liquor shelf trying to figure out what the difference is between whiskey, bourbon, and scotch. I'm just
embarrassing myself there.
What's the way to drink it? I read in a story once that you add water. My first instinct was to splash some over a big ice cube. I asked around. Some
say to drink it straight, no ice. Some told me to make a 'sour.'
I'm so lost.
I bought myself some Jim Beam and don't know what to do with it. Any suggestions so I don't embarrass myself again?

Dude it really comes down to how you prefer it.
Myself I prefer red wine and beer when grilling. If it is time for spirits then shots is the only way.
I do like Jack and coke though. But never any Gin.
