It’s OP’s like xuenchen that give Trump supporters a bad name, yet you refuse to call your own out, instead try to be a smart arse to those who aren’t Trump fanboys.

So let me see if I understand you correctly.

You say that the same activities we are discussing here that Obama supposedly took were also taken under other Presidents including Trump. However, you have no indication of that of that other than "it's obvious nothing has changed."

Now because Trump has supposedly done the same thing Obama did, you state that any illegal activity taken by Obama isn't worth investigating.

Finally, you point out how biased "Trump supporters" are because they are unjustly targeting something not worth investigating from Obama while ignoring the "obvious" abuses by Trump.

Is that about right?

Desperation smells.

You have certainly proven that, over and over and over..

Show where I stated it’s not worth investigating.

I never said such a thing, so please don’t make up lies to try and discredit me.

I never said such was a direct statement. An implication would be more accurate.

So let me give you a chance to set the record straight: Do you believe Obama should be investigated in light of this information and do you believe if found guilty he should be held accountable for his actions?

If you wade through the Russian propaganda sites to the actual leaked documents on wikileaks, you would know that nothing illegal happened. There was no "spying," only analysis of open source information. This thread should be moved to [HOAX!].

Obama is that you!!????

Vladimir Vladimirovich is that you?????

Read the actual PDF on WikiLeaks. Nothing illegal was done... except leaking the document to WikiLeaks.

Yeah mate, the CIA stopped what they’ve been doing for decades when Trump became president.

That makes total sense!

I know you’re not that naive, so I have to ask, why are you deliberately being dumb?

You know for a fact that the CIA does as they please with impunity regardless of who’s president.

It’s OP’s like xuenchen that give Trump supporters a bad name, yet you refuse to call your own out, instead try to be a smart arse to those who aren’t Trump fanboys.

I"m sure all sorts of bad things happen. But for the old, pics or it didn't happen crowd, just present the document that matches this one with Trump's name on it, and you win, otherwise, you don't. That is the "facts". If you are going on gut instincts, then how is that different then chemtrails?

I'm not 100% sure on your comment here, but I'm certainly not suggesting that the US is the only country that does it, or even that it's a bad thing in and of itself.

Having said that, I think the US is definitely in the top 5 countries for spying and trying to exert influence, either under the radar or above. I would argue:

- the US
- Israel
- Russia
- the UK
- China

... In that order, maybe with Germany placed 6th. I think other countries with less developed intelligence agencies would rely on those 5 sharing intel through treaty structures.

Not sure if that answers your points?

This one is going to take a longer response, but I'm only phone posting at the moment. I'll try to respond when I'm on a keyboard later...

Don’t backtrack now, I never STATED anything, nor implied it actually, that’s all in your mind.

And to answer your question, no I don’t believe Obama should be investigated for it, nor Clinton or Bush or Trump.

But hey, you keep going trying to one up me, Lordy knows you lot love a good partisan argument

Obama Ordered CIA to SPY in Another Major Election

Going through links to the actual Wikileak, no where does it say that Obama himself ordered anything of the sort. The Wikileak simply says "CIA orders to hack Le Pen & other French presidential candidates". Even your opening comment says "Looks like the Obama Adminiztraion [sic] was "protecting" candidates in another country too !!"

So you've used the "Attention‐Grabbing “Headlines First!” Approach" to get people to read your post. Not that I'm some insane, Democrat loving leftist, but .....nice maneuver...... but if you have a document that verifies your headline ... please post it.

Ok mate, you win. All the dodgy stuff the alphabet agencies have done the last hundred years has now ceased under Trump...

What a guy.

You’re a smart guy until it comes to politics, then you become a partisan hack.

Sad really.

I agree with you. The challenge is that most people only want to hold the gov accountable for misdeeds when true other side is in power.

Okay, but it seems apparent the left colluded to conjure up exaggerated charges against Trump, and potentially misused intelligence agencies. Can you recognize this?

Wrong. American and allied agencies routinely monitor agents of hostile foreign powers. It turned out that they kept running across people who would eventually become part of Trump's campaign staff. This was suspicious enough for a FISA court to issue a warrant. James Comey, a Republican, kept this surveillance quiet so as not to politicize it. President Obama agreed that announcing the investigation before the election would appear partisan. No collusion, just an attempt to prevent the DOJ from playing a role in politics. Trump has tossed that on its head.

LOL, is that what I said? talk about twisting words, you seem to be the master. Must be why you point it out in other so much.

Read what I wrote again. it has nothing to do with who may be doing evil deeds, it's all about what you can prove.
I KNOW you are smarter than this.

The US isn’t “in the top 5” as far as interfering with foreign elections..

We are number 1 by a country mile.. it isn’t even close.

they always say it is to back up democracies so people can rule themselves. Sometimes that’s true.. sometimes it isn’t..

My point was there “election meddling “ is not a leftwing trait, It is universal. Pretending it is a leftwing trait when it is a sestemic problem isn’t accurate.

Good morning Emin just called and asked me to contact you with something very interesting. The Crown prosecutor of Russia met with his father Aras this morning and in their meeting offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father. This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump - helped along by Aras and Emin. What do you think is the best way to handle this information and would you be able to speak to Emin about it directly? I can also send this info to your father via Rhona, but it is ultra sensitive so wanted to send to you first. Best Rob Goldstone

I don’t know how anyone can read this email that was the preamble to a meeting where Kushner, Manafort and Trump Jr. met with Russian agents. Then think the FBI investigations are overblown..

The sexual assault allegations against trump were overblown and fabricated imho, but the collusion narrative makes nothing but sense..

Everyone thought trump was losing. Then some Russian agent contacts the trump campaign to offer dirt on hillary Clinton in exchange for lifting sanctionsamd staying out of any future conflict in Ukraine.. both things you couldn’t find 12 Americans who care about them..

See, That doesn’t take a super villian to perpetrate.. just your average amoral buisnessman would do just fine..

And that is my major problem with the right wing conspiracies.

A) they don’t have a tangible motivation like profit.

B) they are logistically incredibly hard to imagine.

C) they require a mustach twirling villian to orcastrate them..

“Obama is a Kenyan Muslim socialist who wants to destroy America!”

“Hillary Clinton has commuted murders and runs a pedo ring in a pizza shop”.

“95+% of all the scientists are faking climate change”

“The left wants to start a civil war by going house to house taking all the guns”

Exc. exc. exc..

None have a real life motivation like profit..

All of them are the kinda thing you would see from a marvel villian not a real life corporation or entity with the ability to achieve that goal.

Money makes the world go round. People don’t spend billions ocasrating illuminati type conspiracies that are not profitable.

For the same reason countries complain when they are invaded, even though they have a history of invading people...

Because it’s all gravy till it is happening to you.
