If someone tries to give me cockroach milk, there will be a physical altercation.

Just saying.

Agreed. I will likely assault them with violent projectile vomiting.

At what point do we all agree that science will have gone too far?

As long as they don't try to make me drink roach juice, it can advance until the cow is able to walk up to my table and cut my steak to order from her own strip while recommending a good wine to drink while eating her.

Sarcasm, obviously, but I think I would be willing to give science a pass on a couple of other sketchy areas if they agreed to never make this one a thing.

I heard where someone ate a cockroach for a radio contest. They said that they didn't expect that there would be so much liquid in them.

You know they're just going to make cockroaches the size of cows for their milk.

Nope, still not going too far

Almond ‘milk’ is already disgusting enough to me.

Why do people insist on making our food gross?

I've stepped on plenty. They are like little rotten mayonnaise packets

Well, normally texture IS important. But here it just adds to the grossosity

Cockroach milk? You first.

I am lucky that I live in a country with things called "cows".

There seems to be a bunch of people trying to push insects and insect products as suitable alternative foods. Go and peddle that crap in places where food is already crap.

Well, they are a faster and less resource intensive source of protein per pound. They've been a staple of diets in many areas for millenia.
I am never going to eat a #damn cockroach though.

I'm certain it was simply the way I was raised, but ill try anything like this once.

Growing up, the rule was I needed to try it ONCE. If I didn't like it, I never had to eat it again if I didn't want it.

I've tried some insects, which were surprisingly good. My issue was mainly the legs.. they're a total PITA. But obviously not a concern here..

Seems like cockroach milk would be more on the expensive side though.

agreed, I mean I will only put the milk of an animal in my coffee which provides a meat product that is tasty on my grill.

All I see is Timon in The Lion King picking up that grub, squeezing, and saying, "Mmm, the little cream-filled kind!"
