60 yrs ago before gov. Ruled to kick God
out of our schools the system worked.
It produced members of society with all
the little problems being pointed at now.

Now with God out of the picture the
system founded by Christianity is

Oddly enough as you go down the list of least religious states you also find the least violent more or less and vice versa.

And the system was founded in the social contract work of John lock, Roseau, Voltaire of the enlighten Era of philosophy. Many of the forefathers were not religious. Deist, transcendental, etc.

Putting aside all the political rhetoric and tit-for-tat that this thread has become, has anyone thought about what actually DID stop this shooter from continuing to kill others in that school? Seems a teacher (unarmed) engaged the shooter and swatted the weapon from his hand. Effectively disarming him. This may not be the common approach in a similar situation, but it was (for this event) an effective strategy.

Sources told FOX 59 the suspect walked into a science classroom with a gun and opened fire, hitting a female. A teacher was able to "swat" the gun from the suspect.

In many of the most recent shootings, it was stopped cold due to one common thing. Someone engaging the shooter immediately.

Hiding and hoping it will stop while you wait for LEO's to arrive and MAYBE engage the shooter has proven not to work. The shooters MUST be engaged in some way immediately.

Or cycle deaths.

That isn't true. There is the social contract which is what our nation was based on.

There is the categorical imperative. There is philosophy and ethics.

God also yells people to kill the other people.

Atheism isn't a moral code. That comes from philosophy.
