I've learned that they no longer have nuclear capability. One of their tests imploded a mountain and destroyed their program. Kim jong un is as good as dead without it and Trump knows it. Trump gauranteed non aggression while helping rebuild NK and further stimulate the US economy. Maybe the deal is as good as done behind the scenes
