In a move that would make Erdogan or Duarte proud, security guards banned select reporters from Scott Pruitt's speech. The claim was a lack of room, but plenty of seats were available.

AP report

Guards barred an AP reporter from passing through a security checkpoint inside the building. When the reporter asked to speak to an EPA public-affairs person, the security guards grabbed the reporter by the shoulders and shoved her forcibly out of the EPA building.

Good. Those "reporters" should think about why this happened to them.

No reporters were banned. Only a political hack. Good. More of it is needed. It was not an open event, obviously.
Should be a 3 strikes policy - 3 dumb, partisan questions and you're out, including the WH Press Briefing.

Call it what you want, but they brought it on themselves.

More tempests in a teapot reporting.

From the CNN source:

"This was simply an issue of the room reaching capacity, which reporters were aware of prior to the event," Wilcox said.

The "Associated press" are not there to get info to report on, they get news and then change it into subjective innuendo type commentary befitting their desire to bear false witness against Trump. You can read any news paper and see associated press articles which are all that way. If the Associated press actually "reported" news instead of creating dubious news this would never be happening.
They should have tazed her for shock therapy, for all associated press patients.

What are they doing at an EPA presser anyway? Didn't these "journalists" have an Easter egg hunt to disrupt or something? Couldn't get any more riveting and deceptively edited footage of Trump feeding koi? Maybe a report on the Mueller investigation from "multiple senior officials familiar with the matter" with damning evidence they later have to retract? How many scoops of ice cream did the orange menace have today?

Just another low class act by Pruitt. Is anyone surprised? Especially with this administration?

n a move that would make Erdogan or Duarte proud, ...

Those poor things had to watch the live feed the EPA provided for them? Why that's almost the same as burning the printing presses or imprisoning reporters. Those monsters! Hitler!
