Lets say you were at ground zero and just evaporated would your soul be invulnerable to death would it have time to escape ? If so does this mean our soul occupies a different dimension within ourselves and is impervious to destruction ?

Which brings the question are we multidimensional beings living in 2 different dimensions at the same time ?

I reckon the soul could handle a nuke.

Scientist are getting close . I should say our "being" or our life energy instead of Soul.

Some kind of animal, apparently. Or why would there be "soul food?"

A nuke cannot nuke a soul.
A soul can nuke a nuke...
Find the panic button. It's out there.

Maybe it's just a spelling error, and it's supposed to be "sole food", as in feet! I don't know. mmmm soles, nom nom nom.

Ground burst or Airburst? What yield weapon?
Your SOLES would probably be destroyed along with the rest of your shoes.
As for your soul...well, i think a nuke would have as much effect on a soul as it would on santa claus.

I take it none of you believe in ghost either lol Come on you have to believe there's something more to us then just here and now ..

The soul should be ok as energy can not be destroyed. But a nuc will suck the paint off your house and give you a permanent orange Afro.

But there is no here and now. Time is our construct, it would seem.

How about this... if we live in a simulation, a hologram... do we have souls? Simulated souls?

If we live in a simulation we would be programmed to believe we had a after life , So the soul we believe we have would only be a figment of our programming .

That's a tough one for religion. If we live in a simulation, there are no souls and therefore no religion.

However, to answer your question, IF a soul existed it would have to be immaterial, and therefore would probably not interact with the nuclear explosion, which is matter.

European or African nuke?

So would immaterial mean that it did exist in a different dimension as it would be some kind of energy and have some form .
