This person is looking more desperate. Possibly running out of gas and looking for a new ride.

If you look on youtube this stream has been going for 5 hours. I watched it and the dude got out and went into a building and then the tape looped at him driving again.

He got away haha

His tyre blew out... he jumped out of the car and I think he might of hijacked another one... now I think they've lost him.

The pink building guy was the wrong guy, he would have got away then, but he started doing donuts in the intersection.
They stopped, at another building, a passenger/victim gave up, and he drove off in a new car.

He got away after that, and they are looping now.

I was just listening to Jason Ellis on Sirius for the past hour and he was doing a live play by play of this.

Yeah, this was a crazy chase, I'm glad they are looping it again.

He stopped for a minute and was smoking something, then took off again at one point.

The last report I'm seeing is he got out at a warehouse.
Police stopped a vehicle that left the warehouse, but the driver was not the perp!

Yeah, he got away. He hopped into another car at the warehouse, the passenger laid in the road, and he drove off.
The choppers lost him after that point.

If the passenger knows him and isn't a victim, he may have the cops waiting for him at his house.
