A researcher claims that the legislature building of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, is built in a manner suggestive of the plan for Solomon's Temple, and filled with occult/esoteric symbols, including ancient Egyptian motifs.

A recent newspaper article is at

A more detailed analysis of the Legislature's features can be found here:

The Province of Manitoba is located in western Canada, just north of the US State of North Dakota. Winnipeg, the capital, is about an hour's drive north of the border. The legislature was built around 1920.

A selection of pictures of the Manitoba legislature can be found here:" target="_blank" class="postlink" rel="nofollow">

This is a fascinating study of a prime government building built in what then was a remote area of the world, and yet apparently built to keep the hermetic tradition/message alive.

There are legislatures buildings in 10 Canadian provinces and 50 US States. Is this a wide-spread phenomena? Does anyone know if other legislatures in North America have been built in such a fashion? If so, it could point to something quite significant.

At first it seems normal enough, but those Sphinx's really throw a wild card into all of this. I'd like to know what those hieroglyphs translated to also.
