as no one has commented on what i believe is the most important element of this incident - i shall :

Our current understanding is that the team member used their discretion in this case and denied access to this guest based on past behaviour and out of concern for the immediate safety of team members and guests in the restaurant.

To be fair, I think that was quite obvious in the clip. There was much arm-waving and therefore discussion. Access politely denied, deranged reaction. I thought I'd seen some # in my life but that # right there, well, I'll see myself out.

ETA She also started fighting before pulling her trousers up. That's always a sign of crazy #.

That was messed up.... I'm not sure what concerns me most, that woman's behavior or the advertising underneath the video for cooking implements.....

Yep, I stand corrected. Reading some of the comments on You-Tube I see in some locations they do lock them up due to vandalism or drug use.
