I just heard that mueller says he cannot indict trump. Is this true? If so, where is the thread?

Sounds like he is facing reality... can't find anything so says 'I'm not allowed to indict".
LOL

If Mueller was a Pro baseball player, his batting average in the Russian-Collusion game would be very low.

BTW..I found the thread describing how Trump cannot be indicted by Mueller.

Like Jimmy, who can't get Suzy to go to the prom with him.

Jimmy: "Ah, I don't like Suzy anyway."

Read the link. It seems you still don't get it. The DNI was reporting for a bunch of other intelligence agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security. This should at least count as one extra agency - bringing the total to at least four. The fact remains that 17 intelligence agencies were involved in this report, but 14 of them first gave their findings to the DNI.

So that’s a no, you can’t name a intelligence agency in the US that has disputed the claim that Russia interfered with the election.

Ok fair enough.

That's true. It's also meaningless. They have no reason to weigh in one way or the other. You can read into it all you want but it really doesn't mean anything. The fact remains, only 3 intel agencies were involved. The media parroted "17 intelligence agencies" for months, and it was false. If it has just as much weight with only 3, why the need to falsely attribute it to all 17?

Or you could actually listen to Clapper himself under oath.
www.abovetopsecret.com...

No need for speculation.
Not difficult to 'get'.

Seriously, climb out of that trench. You were wrong. It happens. It's just crazy to entrench yourself further.

3 agencies did the work and produced the report. The others were not involved.

I sure do - or at least tried.

Good to see we are in the same page then.

I think getting caught up about the 17 agencies thing is a bit pointless.

The point is US intelligence all pretty much agree with you that yes, the Russian state interfered in the election.

3 agencies took a view. The rest were not involved.

All 3 seemed fairly confident that Russia tried to interfere, though all believe they failed to impact the election.

The Russians trying to influence elections is not new. It's been happening for decades. Believing they did it again is just common sense
I don't believe they hacked the DNC and I don't believe their intent was to get Trump elected.. at least not initially. The 3 agencies actually diverge on this point, with NSA only moderately confident (which, if you read their definitions, is a guess).

After a year the 3 agencies have failed to follow up and produce any evidence of the DNC hack claim. I'd like to see the evidence of that before choosing to believe it. My guess is that the DNC hack was not carried out by the Russian govt. A year is too long for that kind of evidence to not be leaked.

Meh fair enough I disagree but really just can be bothered getting into another round of I am right vs no I am right.

We have different views that happens.

At least they are informed views.

Well, the fact that only 3 agencies were involved is not a matter of right or wrong - it just is. Same as the fact that no evidence has been seen to support a position that Russia hacked the DNC and that one of the 3 agencies could do no more than guess that the Russians tried to interfere to help Trump, whilst the other two have higher confidence but are not sure.

That is what we know.

The rest falls into what one chooses to believe.

Like I said, not really interested in having a debate with you.

The truth and facts can sometimes be boring, especially for the easily led and over-excitable.
They can also be hard to come by if you skim over the top of issues and filter to confirm pre-conceived ideas.

Russian did not interfere the elections man. I know it for sure. It was alternative news and the machine aka Facebook. 1M false, misleading articles changed public opinions the resulted trumps winning the election.

It was americans, british and macedonians.

It was all money driven.

I was part of the triangle.
