Yep. It had been sitting in the NY courthouse since September 26, 2016. Sounds like NY AG Schneiderman prevented it from being unsealed. But now that he's gone, U.S. District Judge Denise Cote ordered the indictment to be unsealed today.

I wonder how Schneiderman prevented her from unsealing it? Isn't a district judge higher ranked than a state Attorney General?

Good find! The law you reference has that "gross negligence" wording, that Lynch/Comey/Strzok removed from the findings regarding Hillary's handling of classified materials.

There must be a sealed indictment with Hillary Clinton's name on it too, since SHE is the one who allowed classified materials to end up on Weiner's laptop.
