It's the same picture as Q Post #1329, but showing a wider view. Looks like it's in the vicinity of China Town.

The earlier picture which I can't see now, saying "we're close to the action" or something similar, I believe was taken from the Asia Square Towers, probably Tower 2. Check google earth street view.
