Why NASA is a scam - Satellites aren't real or NASA are total thieves

I just love the comeback of put your money where your mouth is.

As if a billion dollar industry with much waste would be interested in a more efficient and cost reliable product.

I know, but I was raised American so it still confuses me...

Don't raise your children American if you don't want them to be innumerate in metric! (Innumerate= illiterate but with numbers, and it's totally a real thing)

I do my design work in metric and most of my tools are in metric, but i have issues sometimes getting stuff like metric sheet metal! (it's a real thing! You have to pay way extra to get 1mm or other metric thickness sheet metal)

And it can actually turn into a really big deal if you don't know it's happening and work in compensation for it.

It's how we avoid boredom, and occasionally can be used to decide who to kill this week in the absence of any better/more substantive you're not like me and I'm going to kill you for it conflicts.
