Same NOTAM and routing filed for tomorrow. They're coming up over the TR1 airspace, up to Brize and into Marham. No ETA yet but should be similar.

:-( I were hoping for the normal Greenland the UK spine flight :-)

I'll miss that then :-(

I'm actually surprised they aren't, but I suspect they're going for a photo OP approach by coming that way.

The NOTAM shows them having the airspace from the LASNO to TAKAS waypoints reserved between 1652-1940, blocked between 23-27,000.

The Flying Legends airshow in July will have the F-35A Heritage Flight with a P-51D.

Four F-35s airborne, ETA 2000 (8PM). They had a 30 minute slip on launch due to the fighters. They're flying with ZZ330 until Gander, then they split to the wings of ZZ331 and ZZ335 for the crossing.

The southern route that they're planning on bit them in the ass yesterday. If they had gone up along Greenland they would have avoided the weather. The only spot of weather was right in the middle of their planned route.

Kind of interesting to see 331 and 335 doing circles while they wait for them to get out to them.

It looks like they've dropped off ZZ330. He's into Gander now. That means they're latched on to the other tankers and are on the way.

You won't see the fighters. Once they're paired with the tanker, they shut their transponder down and go off the tanker for radio calls and transponders, until they drop off at the other end. As long as the tankers are between 23,000 and 27,000 the fighters are still with them.

It looks like they're actually nearing their last AR point, where they had the NOTAM set for. About 2 1/2 hours out now.

They're scheduled to land at 8pm local. They were originally going for 7:15, but the fighters slipped for some reason.

Would have been nice to see them land but too far north for that. I am sure they will be past in the future...👍 a reply to: Zaphod58

They have a photographer on one of the tankers. They have some great shots of them flying off the wing.
