That was an engine run as part of the Dash 1 checks. They left sometime today. They had to check vibration on the airframe with all that damage, and well as engine control and check for leaks.

And the fleet is stood down again. A routine seat inspection found a potential fleet wide issue with the drogue chute that stabilizes the seat during the ejection sequence. All aircraft are stood down until a complete inspection of the egress system is completed. Each aircraft will be allowed to resume flying after the inspection and any necessary repairs are completed.

I believe they use a variation of the ACES II. It was modified to include armrests and leg restraints.
